Position Overview

360pi is seeking a Product Manager to help accelerate the Company’s evolution from price to product intelligence. S/he will be responsible for providing leadership and management of the Company’s product planning and roadmap efforts, including bringing new and innovative solutions to market while also continually improving 360pi’s core product offering. The Product Manager will drive efforts to achieve company revenue goals and to position the company as a visionary leader in its emerging market.

Working with the context of the Company Vision and Company Strategy established by the leadership team, the Product Manager will be the primary owner of the Product Roadmap. The Product Manager will report to the VP of Marketing & Product Management and be a member of the Company’s management team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own the Product Roadmap – gathering, compiling, mediating, & prioritizing new features/functionality from external & internal stakeholders
  • Use case development
  • Product requirements definition for use/interpretation by the Development Team
  • Detailed feature investigation when required by Development
  • Product lifecycle management
  • Plan and support NPI (New Product Introduction) efforts with lead customers, including establishment of alpha and beta programs, and collection, compilation and integration of customer feedback
  • Margin ownership / ROI tracking and reporting
  • Support the company’s competitive analysis and market research efforts with a focus on competitive offerings and the technology landscape
  • Investigate new disruptive technologies impacting retailers and brands
  • Ensure competitive product differentiation
  • Provide RFP and bid support and pricing assistance
  • Assist with content development to support go-to-market efforts and sales training
  • Provide demos and demo support to external facing teams for new products, features and functionality
  • Assist with documentation of technical and functional design changes
  • Maintain 360pi-specific portals
  • Help support the company’s business development initiatives from a product perspective

 

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years product management experience, ideally in a SaaS-based environment
  • 3-5 years experience in retail
  • Experience and comfort working with various development technologies and environments
  • Bachelor degree in a related field
  • Detail oriented
  • Results oriented problem solver
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and customer focus
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work within a team and/or with minimal supervision
  • Adaptable and able to navigate ambiguous situations
